B Pothole FREE™ is a fast, professional asphalt repair service which is 50% cheaper than traditional methods. Cheap is usually associated with low quality however this is certainly not the case here, with stronger more permanent results and a high quality finish.

Unlike traditional methods, B Pothole FREE™ uses a unique patented infrared technology which penetrates deep down through the damaged surface area. The process creates a strong thermal bond between the surrounding road surface and new repair to establish a new permanent mend.

Each repair takes approximately 20 minutes from start to finish, significantly faster than alternative repair methods. By using our process, your roadway or parking lot will be accessible to customers much faster, rather than being tied up longer by traditional repair crews who make more noise and create more dust and disturbance.

The Process

  • Arrive at Site (10:00AM)
    Arrival with B Pothole FREE™ unit.



  • Inspect the Area
    Inspect the property or area of needed repair.

  • Infrared Treatment (10:05AM)
    Infrared treatment begins. Using short, medium and long term wave thermal induction, the temperature is controlled and carefully raised to 200 Degrees Celcius.

  • Prepare Surface (10:13AM)
    Unit is removed and treatment of surface begins. The area is reshaped and leveled using a combination of existing and new material.

  • Level & Fill (10:16AM)
    The pothole is filled and leveled.

  • Compact Surface (10:19AM)
    The area is compacted while still hot creating a new, high integrtiy, thermal bond with seamless joints to surround the road surface.
